How to Enter

To enter the promotion, simply:

• Download and sign up to the Casuarina Square App

• Shop in-centre at participating retailers (excluding Kmart, Big W, Coles, Woolworths, and JB Hi-Fi)

• Spend $100 or more in one day

• Upload your receipt via the app

• Submit your entry

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is Casuarina Square, located at 247 Trower Road, Casuarina NT 0810 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Name

The Perfect Valentine’s Giveaway (“Promotion”).

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion will be conducted from 12:00am (ACST) on Saturday, 1 February 2025 to 11:59pm (ACST) on Friday, 14 February 2025.

4. Eligibility

a. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
b. Employees of the Promoter, the centre’s retailers, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
c. A valid Casuarina Square App account is required to participate.

5. How to Enter

a. To enter, customers must spend $100 or more in one (1) day at participating retailers within Casuarina Square during the Promotion Period.
b. Customers must upload a valid, itemised receipt via the Casuarina Square App and submit an entry.
c. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying spend on a different day.
d. Receipts must be dated within the Promotion Period.
e. Receipts from excluded retailers(Kmart, Big W, Woolworths, JB Hi-Fi, Coles), including but not limited to banks, ATMs, bill payments, lottery outlets, gift card purchases and lay-by payments, may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter’s discretion.

6. Nature of Promotion

a. This Promotion is a game of chance.
b. Skill plays no part in determining the outcome.

7. Draw Details

a. The draw will take place on Monday, 16 February, 2026 at Casuarina Square.
b. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
c. Winners will be notified via the contact details linked to their Casuarina Square App account.

8. Prizes

a. Each prize includes dinner at Grill’d, a movie experience at BCC Cinemas, and a $200 Casuarina Square Gift Card.
b. Prizes are subject to availability and standard booking conditions of participating venues.

9. Prize Conditions

a. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
b. Casuarina Square Gift Cards are subject to the standard terms and conditions of use printed on the card or provided by the issuer.
c. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes once issued.

10. Total Prize Pool

The total maximum prize pool value is $400 (AUD).

11. Limitations

a. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and receipts.
b. Illegible, altered or fraudulent receipts will be deemed invalid.
c. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Liability

a. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
b. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Privacy

a. Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
b. Information will only be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion unless otherwise stated.

14. General

a. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
b. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
c. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia.
