Ultimate Back to School Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The Promoter is Casuarina Square Shopping Centre, 247 Trower Road, Casuarina NT 0810.

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 9:00am on Saturday, 17 January 2026 and closes at 3:00pm on Sunday, 25 January 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, centre management, retailers (including their immediate families) and contractors directly associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must during the Promotion Period:

a) Spend $100 or more in one or multiple transactions at participating retailers located at Casuarina Square (excluding listed major retailers below);
b) Download and register on the Casuarina Square App;
c) Upload a clear and legible photo of their valid receipt(s) via the Casuarina Square App; and
d) Submit the entry form in the App.

• Multiple receipts may be combined to reach the $100 minimum spend.

• Each receipt may only be used once and cannot be reused across multiple entries.

• Entrants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is supported by new and unique receipt(s) meeting the minimum spend requirement.

5. Excluded Retailers
Purchases made at the following retailers are excluded and cannot be used to qualify for entry:

• Kmart

• BIG W

• Coles

• Woolworths

• JB Hi-Fi

6. Proof of Purchase
Receipts must clearly show:

• Retailer name/s

• Date of purchase (within the Promotion Period)

• Transaction amount

• Receipt number/s

The Promoter reserves the right to request original receipts for verification. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase may result in disqualification.

7. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive an Ultimate Back to School Pack valued at up to $1,000.

Prize components are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Gift cards and vouchers are subject to their own terms and expiry dates.

8. Prize Draw
The draw will take place at 10:00am on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 at the Casuarina Square Management Office. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received.

9. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the Casuarina Square App and/or contact details provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on Casuarina Square digital channels.

10. Prize Claim
The prize must be claimed within 5 days of notification. If the winner does not claim the prize within this time, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.

11. Redraw
If the prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 10:00am on Monday, 2 February 2026 at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original draw.

12. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

• If the promotion is unable to run as planned due to events beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

13. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and for the purpose of conducting this promotion. By entering, entrants consent to the use of their information for these purposes.
