Letters to Santa – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Casuarina Square (“the Centre”).

2. Promotion Period
   The promotion runs from Monday 1 December to Wednesday 24 December.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:

   • Write a letter addressed to Santa; and

   • Place the letter into the official Santa Mailbox located at the Casuarina Square Information Desk during Centre Trading Hours.
     Entry is free. One letter equals one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

4. Eligibility

   • Entry is open to children aged 16 years and under.

   • A parent or guardian must provide consent for children to participate.

5. Prize & Draws

   • Two (2) winners will be drawn each week, with draws taking place on:

     • Wednesday 10 December

     • Wednesday 17 December

     • Wednesday 24 December

   • Each winner will receive a $200 Casuarina Square Gift Card.

   • Total of six (6) prizes will be awarded across the promotion.

6. Winner Notification
   Winners will be contacted using the details provided in their letter (parent/guardian contact information must be supplied). If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, the prize may be awarded to another entrant.

7. Prize Conditions

   • Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.

   • Standard gift card terms and expiry dates apply.

8. Privacy
   Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting winners. All entries become the property of the Centre.

9. General
   The Centre reserves the right to:

   • Verify the validity of entries;

   • Disqualify any entry that is incomplete or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;

   • Amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
