Reel It In: Spend & Win Terms and Conditions

  1. General
    1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all entrants of the 2025 EOFY Sale Splash – Reel It In: Spend & Win promotion. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    2. The “Promoter” is Casuarina Investment Fund Pty Ltd (ABN 28 815 802 041), 247 Trower Road, Casuarina NT 0810. Ph: (08) 8920 2300.
  2. Eligibility
    1. Open to Casuarina Square customers aged 18+ residing in Australia.
    2. Employees of Casuarina Square retailers and management, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.
  3. Promotion Period
    1. Starts 9:00am ACST, Sunday, 1 June 2025 and ends 11:59pm ACST, Sunday 22 June 2025
  4. How to Enter
    1. Spend $20 or more in a single transaction at participating Casuarina Square retailers (excluding Big W, Kmart, Woolworths, and Coles).
    2. Complete the online entry form via the Casuarina Square website and upload a valid receipt.
    3. One entry per person per receipt. Original or email receipts accepted (no EFTPOS-only receipts).
  5. Draw & Selection
    1. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn and notified by phone and/or email by Casuarina Square management by Friday, 27 June 2025.
    2. If the selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours, another entrant will be drawn.
    3. The winner must present the original winning receipt to claim the prize
  6. Prizes
    1. One (1) prize: A YKnot Fishing Charter experience valued at $2,000.
    2. YKnot Fishing Charter experience voucher is valid until 16 August 2025.
    3. Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other products.
    4. If the prize is lost, unclaimed, or unredeemed, it will not be replaced or redrawn.
  7. Conditions of Entry
    1. Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
    2. One entry per person per valid receipt.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering or fraudulent behaviour.
    4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
  8. Privacy
    1. By entering, participants consent to their personal information being used for promotional and marketing purposes by the Promoter. Entrants may access their personal data by contacting the Promoter.
