TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
The promoter is Casuarina Square, located at 247 Trower Road, Casuarina NT 0810 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Name
Lucky Red Envelope Spend & Scratch (“Promotion”).

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion will be conducted from Tuesday, 17 February to Sunday, 22 February 2026, or until prizes are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

4. Location
The Promotion is app-based, following purchases made at Casuarina Square, Casuarina NT.

5. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have the Casuarina Square App.
b. Employees of the Promoter, the centre’s retailers, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
c. Participation is limited to one (1) digital scratch card per person for the duration of the promotion.

6. How to Participate
a. To participate, customers must spend a total of $100 or more at any participating retailer within Casuarina Square during the Promotion Period.
b. Multiple receipts are allowed to reach the $100 threshold.
c. Receipts must be original, itemised, and dated between 17 February and 22 February 2026.
d. Once a receipt has been used and verified in the app, it cannot be used for further entries.
e. Excluded retailers (including but not limited to banks, ATMs, bill payments, and lottery outlets) may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter’s discretion.
f. Excluded retailers include Kmart, Woolworths, JB Hi-Fi, Big W, Coles.

7. Nature of Promotion
a. This is a game of chance.
c. Each eligible digital scratch will result in either an instant win or a “better luck next time” message.

8. Prizes
a. Prizes include $20 Casuarina Square Gift Cards plus additional retailer vouchers

9. Total Prize Pool
The total prize pool value is $2,000 (AUD) in Casuarina Square Gift Cards plus additional retailer vouchers.

10. Prize Conditions
a. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
b. Gift cards are subject to standard terms and conditions. Digital vouchers must be redeemed at participating retailers before the stated expiry date.

11. Limitations
a. The Promotion is valid while prize stocks last.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if receipts are suspected of fraud.

12. Privacy
Personal information collected via the Casuarina Square App will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
