TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is Casuarina Square, located at 247 Trower Road, Casuarina NT 0810 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Name

10 Days of Mum (“Promotion”).

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion will be conducted from 12:00am (ACST) on Friday, 1 May 2026 to 11:59pm (ACST) on Sunday, 10 May 2026.

4. Eligibility

a. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
b. Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

a. Visit the Mother’s Day floral photo wall located at the Resort Node (between Michael Hill and Connor) at Casuarina Square.
b. Capture a photo or video at the installation featuring themselves and/or their Mother.
c. Post the content to their personal Instagram account (feed post or reel).
d. Tag @CasuarinaSquare in the post.
e. Ensure their Instagram account is set to public at the time of entry and at the time of judging.
f. Follow @CasuarinaSquare on Instagram.

Bonus Entry:
Participants will receive one (1) additional entry if they share their post or reel to Instagram Stories and tag @CasuarinaSquare.

g. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be a unique post.

6. Draw & Winner Selection

a. One (1) winner will be selected each day during the Promotion Period, totalling ten (10) winners.
b. Each daily draw will take place the following day at Casuarina Square from all valid entries received for the previous day.
c. Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and must respond within a reasonable timeframe to claim their prize.
d. Winners may also be announced via Casuarina Square’s Instagram posts and stories.

8. Prizes

a. Each daily winner will receive a $200 Casuarina Square retailer voucher (or combination of vouchers).
b. The specific retailer featured will vary each day in line with the campaign theme (including but not limited to fashion, beauty, dining, and lifestyle).

9. Prize Conditions

a. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
b. Vouchers are subject to the individual retailer’s terms and conditions.
c. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen or expired vouchers once issued.

10. Total Prize Pool

The total prize pool value is up to $2,000 AUD.

11. Valid Entries

a. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
b. Entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
c. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

12. Liability

a. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or prizes.
b. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Privacy

a. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
b. By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

14. General

a. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion if required.
b. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
c. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia.
