Families across Darwin are invited to celebrate Easter at Casuarina Square with three days of free festive entertainment, interactive activities and family-friendly fun as part of the Casuarina Square’s vibrant Easter Eggstravaganza.

From Saturday 4 April to Monday 6 April, Families can enjoy a range of engaging experiences across the three days, including The Great Cas Egg Hunt, face painting, creative craft activities and the popular Cas Eggspress Train rides. Easter Monday invites families to join The Big Bunny Brunch in the food court.

The excitement continues immediately after Easter with April School Holiday workshops, designed to inspire creativity and keep young minds engaged.

Casuarina Square has partnered with acclaimed children’s creative workshop provider Toonworld to deliver two highly interactive and creative experiences for kids aged 5–15 years.

The Cartooning Workshop encourages children to explore their imagination and build confidence in drawing through the philosophy that “There Are No Mistakes.” Guided by Toonworld’s playful Alphatoons characters, kids will go on a fun drawing adventure while learning creative techniques. Adding to the fun, the Clay Model Making Workshop will allow children to bring animals, dinosaurs and even mythical dragons to life using specially prepared craft armatures.

Toonworld’s workshops are widely recommended for helping children build creative confidence through hands-on play and storytelling, making them a highlight of the April school holiday program.

Casuarina Square’s Centre Manager, Elysia Billingham said the seasonal activations are designed to create memorable family moments. “Easter is a wonderful time for families to come together, and we’re excited to bring a vibrant mix of activities to the centre. From egg hunts and train rides to creative workshops, there will be something for every child to enjoy.”

“With the Easter celebrations flowing straight into the April school holidays, families can look forward to a full calendar of experiences designed to inspire creativity, imagination and fun.”

With a wide range of retailers, dining options and entertainment all under one roof, Casuarina Square continues to be a key destination for families during major seasonal celebrations.
