TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is Casuarina Square, located at 247 Trower Road, Casuarina NT 0810 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Name

Afterpay $1K Daily Dash (“Promotion”).

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion will be conducted from Thursday, 19 March to Sunday, 22 March 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
Entries open at 9:00am on Thursday, 19 March 2026 and close at 3:00pm on Sunday, 22 March 2026.

One winner will be drawn each day during the Promotion Period.

4. Location

The Promotion is conducted via the Casuarina Square App and applies to purchases made at participating retailers at Casuarina Square, Casuarina NT.

5. Eligibility

a. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have downloaded the Casuarina Square App.
b. Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, contractors, agencies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
c. Participants must provide a valid email address within the app to be eligible.

6. How to Enter

a. To enter, customers must make a single transaction of $50 or more in one transaction at any participating retailer within Casuarina Square during the Promotion Period.
b. Multiple transactions cannot be combined to meet the $50 threshold.
c. Receipts must be original, itemised and dated within the Promotion Period.
d. Participants must upload their eligible receipt via the Casuarina Square App during the Promotion Period.
e. Once a receipt has been uploaded and validated, it cannot be used for additional entries.
f. Excluded retailers: Kmart, Woolworths, Coles, JB Hi-Fi and Big W.
g. The Promoter reserves the right to deem additional retailers ineligible at its discretion, including but not limited to banks, ATMs, bill payments and lottery outlets.

7. Nature of Promotion

a. This is a game of chance.
b. Winners will be randomly drawn each day during the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received that day.
c. There will be one (1) winner drawn per day, totalling four (4) winners across the Promotion Period.

8. Prize

a. Each daily winner will receive $1,000 AUD in Casuarina Square Gift Cards.
b. The total prize pool is $4,000 AUD in Casuarina Square Gift Cards.

9. Winner Notification

a. Winners will be notified via the Casuarina Square App and the email address provided at entry.
b. Winners are responsible for checking their app notifications and email inbox (including junk or spam folders).
c. Winners may also be announced via Casuarina Square’s official Facebook Stories.
d. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

10. Prize Conditions

a. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
b. Gift cards are subject to standard terms and conditions and expiry dates as stated on the card.
c. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.

11. Limitations

a. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per eligible transaction.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, including altered or forged receipts.
c. The Promotion is valid only during the Promotion Period.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected via the Casuarina Square App will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering the Promotion and contacting winners.
