General

    1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all entrants of the 2025 Tatt The Dad: The Ultimate Ink Off Competition & Event. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    2. The “Promoter” is Casuarina Investment Fund Pty Ltd (ABN 28 815 802 041), 247 Trower Road, Casuarina NT 0810. Ph: (08) 8920 2300. Employees of Casuarina Square retailers and management, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.

Eligibility

    1. Open to Casuarina Square customers aged 18+ residing in Australia.
    2. Participants of Tatt The Dad: The Ultimate Ink Off must be a father and child duo to be eligible to compete on event day. Substitutions (e.g. mother, friends) will not be accepted.
    3. The following individuals are ineligible:
      1. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter or any associated agency or retailer.
      2. Any person previously disqualified from Casuarina Square promotions.

Promotion Period

    1. Starts 9:00am ACST, Monday 18 August 2025, and ends 11:59pm ACST, Wednesday 3 September 2025.

How to Enter

    1. Spend $30 or more in a single transaction at participating Casuarina Square retailers (excluding Big W, Kmart, JB Hi-Fi, Woolworths, and Coles).
    2. Complete the online entry form via the Casuarina Square website and upload a valid receipt.
    3. One entry per person per receipt. Original or email receipts accepted (no EFTPOS-only receipts).

Draw & Selection

      1. Eight (8) winners will be randomly drawn and contacted by Casuarina Square from 29 September to 3 September 2025. Two winners per day.
      2. If a selected entrant does not answer the call, another entrant will be drawn until all eight spots are filled.

Wildcard Entry – Last Chance

      1. Attend the Resort Node by 9:00am on Saturday, 6 September 2025, with your valid receipt and proof of your completed sign-up form.
      2. The first two individuals to show the Casuarina Square team member with the valid receipt and completed sign-up form will win a wildcard entry.
      3. Only father and child pairs are eligible to compete. Limit of one entry per family and receipt.

Event Day Details – Saturday, 6 September 2025

    • Check-in: 9:45am at the Resort Node. All 10 selected duos must consist of a father and child.
    • 10:00am: Introduction of the Father-child duo and judges
    • 10:15–10:30am: The competition starts and children apply tattoo on their dads.
    • 10:30am: Tools down. Judging begins.
    • 10:30–10:45am: Duos present their tattoo to the judging panel.
    • 10:45am: Grand Prize winner announced.

Prizes

      1. All prizes are awarded at the conclusion of Tatt The Dad: The Ultimate Ink Off event.
      2. Each of the 10 participants will receive:
      • A $100 event prize, collected on the day of Tatt The Dad: The Ultimate Ink Off event
      • Chance to win the Grand Prize.
  • Grand Prize:
    • One winning duo will receive a $1,000 Casuarina Square Gift Card.
  • Winner Notification
    • Confirm attendance by Friday, 5 September 2025 if contacted as a selected participant.
    • Wildcard winners must be present on event day and submit the receipt and complete the sign up form.
    • All participants must check in at the Resort Node by 9:30am, Saturday, 6 September 2025.

Conditions of Entry

    • Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
    • Entries are limited to one per person per receipt.
    • Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. Lost or unredeemed prizes will not be replaced.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify tampering or fraudulent behaviour.
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition.

Privacy

By entering, participants consent to their personal information being used for promotional and marketing purposes by the Promoter. Entrants may access their personal data by contacting the Promoter.
