Tatt The Dad: The Ultimate Ink Off Terms and Conditions

General

    1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all entrants of the 2025 Tatt The Dad: The Ultimate Ink Off Competition & Event. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    2. The “Promoter” is Casuarina Investment Fund Pty Ltd (ABN 28 815 802 041), 247 Trower Road, Casuarina NT 0810. Ph: (08) 8920 2300. Employees of Casuarina Square retailers and management, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.

Eligibility

    1. Open to Casuarina Square customers aged 18+ residing in Australia.
    2. Participants of Tatt The Dad: The Ultimate Ink Off must be a father and child duo to be eligible to compete on event day. Substitutions (e.g. mother, friends) will not be accepted.
    3. The following individuals are ineligible:
      1. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter or any associated agency or retailer.
      2. Any person previously disqualified from Casuarina Square promotions.

Promotion Period

    1. Starts 9:00am ACST, Friday 22 August 2025, and ends 9:45am ACST, Saturday 6 September 2025.

How to Enter

  1. Spend $30 or more in a single transaction at participating Casuarina Square retailers (excludes Big W, Kmart, JB Hi-Fi, Woolworths, and Coles)
  2. Complete the online entry form on the Casuarina Square website and upload your valid receipt. One entry per person/family.
  3. Father-and-child duos must be present on event day to participate. Please arrive at the event area 30 minutes prior to your scheduled heat time (see heat schedule below) to check in.
  4. A raffle draw will take place 15 minutes before each heat to confirm participants.
  5. A maximum of 10 participants per heat will be randomly selected.

Draw & Selection for Heats

      1. Winners will be randomly drawn on Saturday, 6 September at Casuarina Square to fill spots in the three heats of the event according to the kids' age group:
        1. Heat 1 (9:00am - 9:15am): Children Up to 4 years
        2. Heat 2 (9:15am - 9:30am): 5 - 10 years
        3. Heat 3 (9:30am - 9:45am): 11 - 16 years
      2. A total of three (3) winners from each heat will be selected to advance to the Final Round.
      3. Winners from each heat must be present at the event in order to participate. Winners from each heat advance to the Final Round.
      4. Final Round participants will compete for the Grand Prize of a $1,000 Casuarina Square Gift Card.

Event Day Details – Saturday, 6 September 2025

    • All 10 selected duos must consist of a father and child.

    • Heats:

      • 9:00–9:15am – Children Up to 4 years

      • 9:15–9:30am – 5–10 years

      • 9:30–9:45am – 11–16 years

    • Winners from each heat advance to the Final Round:

      • 10:00–10:30am – Final Round competition to ink Dad and compete for the Grand Prize

    • Judging & Prize Announcement:

      • 10:30–10:45am – Judges review final tattoos

      • 10:50am – Grand Prize winner announced

Prizes

      1. The top three winners from each heat will each receive a Casuarina Square Gift Card and secure a place in the Final Round.
      2. Every finalist in the final round will take home a $50 prize, awarded on the day of Tatt the Dad: The Ultimate Ink-Off.
  • Grand Prize:
    • In the final round, one winning duo will receive a $1,000 Casuarina Square Gift Card

Conditions of Entry

    • Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
    • Entries are limited to one per person per receipt.
    • Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. Lost or unredeemed prizes will not be replaced.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify tampering or fraudulent behaviour.
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition.

By entering, participants consent to their personal information being used for promotional and marketing purposes by the Promoter. Entrants may access their personal data by contacting the Promoter.
