Terms and Conditions – Comedy Circus Show
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 years or over at all times during the event.
- Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations or bookings are required.
- This is a ticketed event. All attendees, including children and accompanying adults, must hold a valid ticket for entry.
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please choose carefully.
- Casuarina Square reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and family-friendly manner. Any persons who are noisy, disruptive, intoxicated, threatening or behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave the premises.
- The event organisers reserve the right to limit entry or remove individuals to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
- Photography and videography may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes by Casuarina Square. By attending, you consent to being included in event footage.
