Win a Styling Spree with Steph! – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The “Promoter” is Casuarina Investment Fund Pty Ltd ABN 28 815 802 041, 247 Trower Road, Casuarina NT 0810. Telephone number (08) 8920 2300.

2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 9:00am on Thursday, 6 November 2025, and closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday, 12 November 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Northern Territory residents aged 18 years and over.

• Employees of Casuarina Square, their immediate families, tenants, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a. Download or open the Casuarina Square App during the Promotional Period.
b. Complete the competition entry form within the App and tell us why you’d love a styling spree with Steph Mahy.
c. Ensure they are available on 15–16 November 2025 for the styling session if selected.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a personal styling experience with Steph Mahy at Casuarina Square on 15 or 16 November 2025, including a styling session and a shopping spree.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Entries will be judged based on creativity, confidence, and style potential by Steph Mahy and representatives of Casuarina Square.

• The winner will be picked on Thursday, 13 November 2025, and the winner will be notified via phone or email within 48 hours and announced on social media.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Prize Conditions

• The winner must be available for the styling session on 15–16 November 2025.

• The winner agrees to participate in promotional activity, including photography and social media content, related to the promotion without additional compensation.

• The promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, image, and entry for promotional purposes.

8. General Conditions

• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory approval.

9. Privacy
By entering this competition, participants consent to their personal information being collected, stored, and used by Casuarina Square for the purposes of administering this promotion and future marketing communications, in accordance with the Casuarina Square Privacy Policy.
