Do I need to book my Santa Photography Session?
Walk-in sessions are also available and we have a waiting room to keep the kids occupied while you wait!

Do you offer sensitive Santa Photography?
Yes. Casuarina Square is proud to offer Sensitive Santa photography. The sessions are held in Santa’s Crystal Castle. Bookings are available on our website, if you can’t find an available time we are happy to help!

Do you offer Pet Photography?
Yes. Your furry friends are welcome (cats, dogs and rabbits) please ensure you pets arrive on a leash as there will be other pets around. Bookings are available on our website.

What are the times for Santa Photography?
Santa arrives on Friday 8 of November. Santa Photograhpy begins from 9am, Saturday 9 November and will be here until Christmas eve, times vary each day. Visit our website for available bookings.

What time should I arrive for my booking?
Please allow for arrival time of 5 minutes prior to your booking and notify the staff when you are here.

Where is the Santa set located?
Santa’s Crystal Castle is located near Coles.

Is the Santa set wheel chair and pram friendly?
Yes. The Santa Set is wheel chair and pram accessible

Where should I park for Santa Photography?
The best parking available is in the Multi-Level car park off Trower Road.

Can I still get my Santa Photography if I am late, or miss my session?
We cannot guarantee to fit you into a time close by to your session, however will do our best to accommodate.

Can I re-schedule my appointment?
If you are unable to make your appointment you can reschedule by clicking on the link in your confirmation email.
